Essentially though, we place a JavaScript code at the bottom of your site that creates a list of people who visit your site by placing anonymous retargeting cookies in their browser. (Cookies are electronic messages sent to a web browser as a text file that identify users.) This list of cookies allows Conversion Whale to display retargeting ads to your potential customers as they visit other sites.
